Coworking:Configuration Guide
The Coworking Space extension for Openbravo is distributed inside a template called Openbravo for Coworking Spaces, which can be installed from the Module Management window. This template depends on Openbravo 3.0MP23 (or higher). If your instance is lower than 3.0MP23, you will first need to install that MP (or higher) and then install the template.
Updating to Openbravo 3.0MP23 (or higher)
This step is only needed in case your Openbravo instance is lower than 3.0MP23. To know which version you currenty have, just log into the ERP and check the Welcome to Openbravo 3 widget displayed at the workspace:
For updating to MP23 or higher, change your Role to System Administrator and go to the Module Management window and press Scan for updates button:
In the screenshot above, the system has detected an update to 3.0MP21.1, which is still not enough to install Coworking Space. The reason is that, by default, the professional edition instances only accept releases in Confirmed Stable status, and 3.0MP23 has not reached this status yet (in the moment of writing this document). For accepting releases with a lower maturity status, we just need to open the Settings tab and accept QA Approved maturity status for both when scanning for updates and when searching for new modules and click on Save:
Now move back to the Installed Modules tab a press again the Scan for updates button. This time the system will detect MP23 or higher. Just press on the Install Updates Now link and accept the proposals, the license agreements and wait a few minutes (time depends on the Internet connection speed) until the system downloads the new version:
