AD_Alert

This table stores a line per each of the raised alerts.

This table contains the following columns:

AD_User_ID YVARCHAR2(32)An acquaintance to reach for information related to the business partner.

M_Warehouse_ID YVARCHAR2(32)The location where products arrive to or are sent from.
Note YVARCHAR2(2000)A space to write additional related information.
Record_ID YVARCHAR2(100)An record identifier in the dictionary.

Active

There are two methods of making records unavailable in the system: One is to delete the record, the other is to de-activate the record. A de-activated record is not available for selection, but available for reporting. There are two reasons for de-activating and not deleting records:
(1) The system requires the record for auditing purposes.
(2) The record is referenced by other records. E.g., you cannot delete a Business Partner, if there are existing invoices for it. By de-activating the Business Partner you prevent it from being used in future transactions.

The Created field indicates the date that this record was created.

The Updated field indicates the date that this record was updated.

Fixed

When is fixed is set as 'Y' means that the rule that the record which raised the alert has been modified and the rule is not raised for this record anymore.

Comments

The Note field allows for optional entry of user defined information regarding this record

Record ID

The Record ID is the internal unique identifier of a record

top

Reference Search Key

Reference Key identifies the record that raised the alert, in case that this record belongs to a table with only a key field this should be the value, otherwise it will be necessary to compose a value from the different keys of the table.
