AD_Process_Execution_V

View the results of executed Process Requests' and individual Process executions.

This table contains the following columns:

AD_Client_ID NVARCHAR2(32)Client for this installation.
AD_Org_ID NVARCHAR2(32)Organizational entity within client

Created NDATEThe date that this record is completed.

AD_User_ID YVARCHAR2(32)An acquaintance to reach for information related to the business partner.
Status YVARCHAR2(3)A defined state or position of a payment.
Start_Time YDATEThe time at which an item is due to, or did, start.
End_Time YDATEThe time the process execution finished.
Runtime YVARCHAR2(20)Elapsed time from when the Process began to when the Process finished its execution.
Log YCLOB(4000)The log of the Process execution.

Active

There are two methods of making records unavailable in the system: One is to delete the record, the other is to de-activate the record. A de-activated record is not available for selection, but available for reporting. There are two reasons for de-activating and not deleting records:
(1) The system requires the record for auditing purposes.
(2) The record is referenced by other records. E.g., you cannot delete a Business Partner, if there are existing invoices for it. By de-activating the Business Partner you prevent it from being used in future transactions.

Creation Date

The Created field indicates the date that this record was created.

Foreign key column to AD_User table, (column: AD_User_ID)

Updated

The Updated field indicates the date that this record was updated.

User/Contact

Status

Current status of a debt/payment.

List values: Process Status

The allowed values for this list are:

Start Time

The time at which an item is due to, or did, start.

End Time

The time the process execution finished.

Duration

Elapsed time from when the Process began to when the Process finished its execution. The result is displayed in an hours, minutes, seconds and milliseconds format (HH:MM:SS:sss).

Process Log

The log of the Process execution.

Result

The Result indicates the result of any action taken on this request.

Security Based on Role

A flag indicating whether access to an item should be based on a user's role within the system.
