Locator

The Locator defines any Locators for that Warehouse.

To the database table (M_Locator) of this entity.

Back to the entity model.

Properties

Note:

Property Column Constraints Type Description
id* M_Locator_ID Mandatory
Max Length: 32
java.lang.String The Locator ID indicates where in a Warehouse a product is located.
client AD_Client_ID Mandatory ADClient A Client is a company or a legal entity. You cannot share data between Clients.
organization AD_Org_ID Mandatory Organization An organization is a unit of your client or legal entity - examples are store, department. You can share data between organizations.
active IsActive Mandatory java.lang.Boolean There are two methods of making records unavailable in the system: One is to delete the record, the other is to de-activate the record. A de-activated record is not available for selection, but available for reporting. There are two reasons for de-activating and not deleting records:

(1) The system requires the record for auditing purposes. (2) The record is referenced by other records. E.g., you cannot delete a Business Partner, if there are existing invoices for it. By de-activating the Business Partner you prevent it from being used in future transactions.

creationDate Created Mandatory java.util.Date The Created field indicates the date that this record was created.
createdBy CreatedBy Mandatory ADUser The Created By field indicates the user who created this record.
updated Updated Mandatory java.util.Date The Updated field indicates the date that this record was updated.
updatedBy UpdatedBy Mandatory ADUser The Updated By field indicates the user who updated this record.
searchKey# Value Mandatory
Max Length: 40
java.lang.String A search key allows for a fast method of finding a particular record. If you leave the search key empty, the system automatically creates a numeric number originating from a document sequence defined in the "Document Sequence" window. The sequence naming convention follows a rule "DocumentNo_TableName", where TableName is the actual name of the database table (e.g. C_Order).

Usually, company's internal identifiers for various records (products, customers, etc) are stored here.

warehouse M_Warehouse_ID Mandatory Warehouse The Warehouse identifies a unique Warehouse where products are stored or Services are provided.
relativePriority PriorityNo Mandatory java.lang.Long The Relative Priority indicates the location to pick from first if an product is stored in more than one location. (0 = highest priority)
default IsDefault Mandatory java.lang.Boolean The Default Checkbox indicates if this record will be used as a default value.
rowX X Max Length: 60 java.lang.String The X dimension indicates the Aisle a product is located in.
stackY Y Max Length: 60 java.lang.String The Y dimension indicates the Bin a product is located in
levelZ Z Max Length: 60 java.lang.String The Z dimension indicates the Level a product is located in.
