AD_Alert

This table contains the following columns:

Name Nullable Data Type Description


IsActive No CHAR (1) There are two methods of making records unavailable in the system: One is to delete the record, the other is to de-activate the record. A de-activated record is not available for selection, but available for reporting. There are two reasons for de-activating and not deleting records:

(1) The system requires the record for auditing purposes. (2) The record is referenced by other records. E.g., you cannot delete a Business Partner, if there are existing invoices for it. By de-activating the Business Partner you prevent it from being used in future transactions.

AD_Alert_ID No VARCHAR (32) An alert that has been raised.
AD_AlertRule_ID Yes VARCHAR (32) Definition of the alert element.
Status No VARCHAR (60) Status of the alert:

New: The alert has been created and has not been reviewed yet. Read: The alert has been reviewed and user is waiting to be solved. Solved: The alert has been solved and is not an issue any more. Exception: The alert has been acknowledged but not action is going to be made to solve it.

AD_Client_ID No VARCHAR (32) A Client is a company or a legal entity. You cannot share data between Clients.
Note Yes VARCHAR (2000) The Note field allows for optional entry of user defined information regarding this record
Createdby No VARCHAR (32) The Created By field indicates the user who created this record.
Created No TIMESTAMP (7) The Created field indicates the date that this record was created.
Description Yes NVARCHAR (2000) A description is limited to 255 characters.
Isfixed Yes CHAR (1) Is fixed
AD_Org_ID No VARCHAR (32) An organization is a unit of your client or legal entity - examples are store, department. You can share data between organizations.
Record_ID Yes VARCHAR (2000) The Record ID is the internal unique identifier of a record
Referencekey_ID No VARCHAR (32) Reference Key identifies the record that raised the alert, in case that this record belongs to a table with only a key field this should be the value, otherwise it will be necessary to compose a value from the different keys of the table.
AD_Role_ID Yes VARCHAR (32) The Role determines security and access a user who has this Role will have in the System.
Updated No TIMESTAMP (7) The Updated field indicates the date that this record was updated.
Updatedby No VARCHAR (32) The Updated By field indicates the user who updated this record.
AD_User_ID Yes VARCHAR (32) The User identifies a unique user in the system. This could be an internal user or a business partner contact
M_Warehouse_ID Yes VARCHAR (32) The Warehouse identifies a unique Warehouse where products are stored or Services are provided.
