This table contains the following columns:

Name Nullable Data Type Description

AD_Message_ID No VARCHAR (32) Information and Error messages
Value No NVARCHAR (60) A search key allows for a fast method of finding a particular record. If you leave the search key empty, the system automatically creates a numeric number originating from a document sequence defined in the "Document Sequence" window. The sequence naming convention follows a rule "DocumentNo_TableName", where TableName is the actual name of the database table (e.g. C_Order).

Usually, company's internal identifiers for various records (products, customers, etc) are stored here.

MsgText No NVARCHAR (2000) The Message Text indicates the message that will display
AD_Module_ID No VARCHAR (32) Indicates the module the element forms part of.
IsIncludeInI18N No CHAR (1) The OB.I18N object allows developers to use labels in the client side. By default only labels that belong to modules other than core are included in this objects. This flag can be used to force including core labels in OB.I18N
UpdatedBy No VARCHAR (32) The Updated By field indicates the user who updated this record.
Updated No TIMESTAMP (7) The Updated field indicates the date that this record was updated.
CreatedBy No VARCHAR (32) The Created By field indicates the user who created this record.
Created No TIMESTAMP (7) The Created field indicates the date that this record was created.
IsActive No CHAR (1) There are two methods of making records unavailable in the system: One is to delete the record, the other is to de-activate the record. A de-activated record is not available for selection, but available for reporting. There are two reasons for de-activating and not deleting records:

(1) The system requires the record for auditing purposes. (2) The record is referenced by other records. E.g., you cannot delete a Business Partner, if there are existing invoices for it. By de-activating the Business Partner you prevent it from being used in future transactions.

AD_Org_ID No VARCHAR (32) An organization is a unit of your client or legal entity - examples are store, department. You can share data between organizations.
AD_Client_ID No VARCHAR (32) A Client is a company or a legal entity. You cannot share data between Clients.
MsgTip Yes NVARCHAR (2000) The Message Tip defines additional help or information about this message.
MsgType No VARCHAR (60) The Message Type indicates the type of message being defined. Valid message types are Informational, Menu and Error.
