AD_WF_Node

The Node Tab defines each Node or step in this Workflow.

This table contains the following columns:

AD_WF_Node_ID NVARCHAR2(32)The connecting points in a workflow.
AD_Client_ID NVARCHAR2(32)Client for this installation.
AD_Org_ID NVARCHAR2(32)Organizational entity within client
IsActive NCHAR(1)A flag indicating whether this record is available for use or de-activated.
Created NDATEThe date that this record is completed.
CreatedBy NVARCHAR2(32)User who created this records
Updated NDATEx not implemented
UpdatedBy NVARCHAR2(32)User who updated this records
Name NNVARCHAR2(60)A non-unique identifier for a record/document often used as a search tool.
Description YNVARCHAR2(255)A space to write additional related information.
Help YNVARCHAR2(2000)A comment that adds additional information to help users work with fields.
AD_Workflow_ID NVARCHAR2(32)A set of procedures used to show the path to complete a specified task.
IsCentrallyMaintained NCHAR(1)A flag indicating that this label is managed in a central repository.
Action YVARCHAR2(60)A drop down list box indicating the next step to take.
AD_Window_ID YVARCHAR2(32)A work area which can be used to create, view, edit, and process a record.
Workflow_ID YVARCHAR2(32)A set of procedures used to show the path to complete a specified task.
AD_Task_ID YVARCHAR2(32)The name of an operating task.
AD_Process_ID YVARCHAR2(32)A series of actions carried out in sequential order.
AD_Form_ID YVARCHAR2(32)The name of the form being edited.
Xposition YNUMBER(10, 0)Absolute X (horizontal) position in 1/72 of an inch
Yposition YNUMBER(10, 0)Absolute Y (vertical) position in 1/72 of an inch

Active

There are two methods of making records unavailable in the system: One is to delete the record, the other is to de-activate the record. A de-activated record is not available for selection, but available for reporting. There are two reasons for de-activating and not deleting records:
(1) The system requires the record for auditing purposes.
(2) The record is referenced by other records. E.g., you cannot delete a Business Partner, if there are existing invoices for it. By de-activating the Business Partner you prevent it from being used in future transactions.

Creation Date

The Created field indicates the date that this record was created.

The Updated field indicates the date that this record was updated.

Name

A more descriptive identifier (that does need to be unique) of a record/document that is used as a default search option along with the search key (that is unique and mostly shorter). It is up to 60 characters in length.

Description

A description is limited to 255 characters.

The Help field contains a hint, comment or help about the use of this item.

The Centrally Maintained checkbox indicates if the Name, Description and Help maintained in 'System Element' table or 'Window' table.
