Active

There are two methods of making records unavailable in the system: One is to delete the record, the other is to de-activate the record. A de-activated record is not available for selection, but available for reporting. There are two reasons for de-activating and not deleting records:
(1) The system requires the record for auditing purposes.
(2) The record is referenced by other records. E.g., you cannot delete a Business Partner, if there are existing invoices for it. By de-activating the Business Partner you prevent it from being used in future transactions.

The Created field indicates the date that this record was created.

Foreign key column to AD_User table, (column: AD_User_ID)

The Updated field indicates the date that this record was updated.

Name

A more descriptive identifier (that does need to be unique) of a record/document that is used as a default search option along with the search key (that is unique and mostly shorter). It is up to 60 characters in length.

Description

A description is limited to 255 characters.

Number of Inventory counts

The Number of Inventory Counts indicates the number of times per year that inventory counts will be preformed

Number of Product counts

The Number of Product Count indicates the number of times per year that a product should be counted.

Count high turnover items

The Count High Movement checkbox indicates if the those items with a high turnover will be counted

Process Now

When this field is set as 'Y' a process is being performed on this record.

Last Run Date

The Date Last Run indicates the last time that a process was run.

Date next run

The Date Next Run indicates the next time this process will run.

Number of runs

The Number of Runs indicates the number of times that the Perpetual Inventory has be processed.
