MA_Maint_Scheduled

This table contains the following columns:

Name Nullable Data Type Description


IsActive No CHAR (1) There are two methods of making records unavailable in the system: One is to delete the record, the other is to de-activate the record. A de-activated record is not available for selection, but available for reporting. There are two reasons for de-activating and not deleting records:

(1) The system requires the record for auditing purposes. (2) The record is referenced by other records. E.g., you cannot delete a Business Partner, if there are existing invoices for it. By de-activating the Business Partner you prevent it from being used in future transactions.

AD_Client_ID No VARCHAR (32) A Client is a company or a legal entity. You cannot share data between Clients.
Observation Yes NVARCHAR (255) Observations occurred during the process or operation.
Confirmed No CHAR (1) Indicates that the maintenance schedule has been confirmed.
Createdby No VARCHAR (32) The Created By field indicates the user who created this record.
Created No TIMESTAMP (7) The Created field indicates the date that this record was created.
Description Yes NVARCHAR (255) A description is limited to 255 characters.
M_Internal_Consumption_ID Yes VARCHAR (32) Identifies an internal consumption of products.
MA_Machine_ID Yes VARCHAR (32) Indicates a machine of the enterprise.
MA_Machine_Type_ID Yes VARCHAR (32) Identifies a machine category.
MA_Maintenance_ID Yes VARCHAR (32) Identifies a maintenance of a machine or machine category.
MA_Maint_Part_ID Yes VARCHAR (32) Identifies a maintenance part.
MA_Maint_Operation_ID Yes VARCHAR (32) Identifies a maintenance operation.
Maintenance_Type No VARCHAR (60) Sets the maintenance type, available options are corrective, corrective (urgent) and preventive.
AD_Org_ID No VARCHAR (32) An organization is a unit of your client or legal entity - examples are store, department. You can share data between organizations.
Scheduleddate Yes TIMESTAMP (7) Scheduled date.
Result No CHAR (1) The Result indicates the result of any action taken on this request.
MA_Maint_Scheduled_ID No VARCHAR (32) Identifies a scheduled maintenance.
Shift Yes VARCHAR (60) Indicates the shift when the group is going to be measured. Available options are morning and swing shift
Usedtime Yes DECIMAL Used time in hours.
Updated No TIMESTAMP (7) The Updated field indicates the date that this record was updated.
Updatedby No VARCHAR (32) The Updated By field indicates the user who updated this record.
