ADWindow

The Window table defines each window in the system.

To the database table (AD_Window) of this entity.

java.lang.String The Window field identifies a unique Window in the system.
client AD_Client_ID Mandatory
ADClient A Client is a company or a legal entity. You cannot share data between Clients.
organization AD_Org_ID Mandatory
Organization An organization is a unit of your client or legal entity - examples are store, department. You can share data between organizations.
active IsActive Mandatory
java.lang.Boolean There are two methods of making records unavailable in the system: One is to delete the record, the other is to de-activate the record. A de-activated record is not available for selection, but available for reporting. There are two reasons for de-activating and not deleting records:

(1) The system requires the record for auditing purposes. (2) The record is referenced by other records. E.g., you cannot delete a Business Partner, if there are existing invoices for it. By de-activating the Business Partner you prevent it from being used in future transactions.

java.lang.String The Help field contains a hint, comment or help about the use of this item.

java.lang.String The Window Type indicates the type of window being defined (Maintain, Transaction or Query)
salesTransaction IsSOTrx Mandatory
java.lang.Boolean The Sales Transaction checkbox indicates if this item is a Sales Transaction.
processNow Processing java.lang.Boolean When this field is set as 'Y' a process is being performed on this record.
image AD_Image_ID ADImage Defines a system image
default IsDefault java.lang.Boolean The Default Checkbox indicates if this record will be used as a default value.
module AD_Module_ID Mandatory
ADModule Indicates the module the element forms part of.
isthreadsafe Isthreadsafe Mandatory
java.lang.Boolean If set, this boolean indicates that the window can be safely opened in more than one tab. This is true basically when the window doesn't directly (ie. through one column set to 'store in session') or indirectly (ie. via a callout action) store information in the session.
advancedFeature IsAdvancedFeature Mandatory
java.lang.Boolean Automatic roles are granted with all non advanced features defined within application dictionary.

Advanced features are only granted to the automatic roles defined as advanced.
