ERP 2.50:Developers Guide/Reference/Entity Model/ProcurementRequisitionLine


This table contains each product demand of a requisition. The demand is defined by a product, the date when is needed to have and the quantity. It is also possible to define a preferred vendor, price list and the correspondent prices. The demands are locked when are being used to generate the purchase orders so there are not created duplicate purchase orders for the same demand.

java.lang.String Identifies each product demand of a requisition.
client AD_Client_ID Mandatory ADClient A Client is a company or a legal entity. You cannot share data between Clients.
organization AD_Org_ID Mandatory Organization An organization is a unit of your client or legal entity - examples are store, department. You can share data between organizations.
active IsActive Mandatory java.lang.Boolean There are two methods of making records unavailable in the system: One is to delete the record, the other is to de-activate the record. A de-activated record is not available for selection, but available for reporting. There are two reasons for de-activating and not deleting records:

(1) The system requires the record for auditing purposes. (2) The record is referenced by other records. E.g., you cannot delete a Business Partner, if there are existing invoices for it. By de-activating the Business Partner you prevent it from being used in future transactions.

creationDate Created Mandatory java.util.Date The Created field indicates the date that this record was created.
createdBy Createdby Mandatory ADUser The Created By field indicates the user who created this record.
updated Updated Mandatory java.util.Date The Updated field indicates the date that this record was updated.
updatedBy Updatedby Mandatory ADUser The Updated By field indicates the user who updated this record.

product# M_Product_ID Mandatory Product Identifies an item which is either purchased or sold in this organization.

java.math.BigDecimal The Quantity indicates the number of a specific product or item for this document.
listPrice PriceList java.math.BigDecimal The List Price is the official price stated by the selected pricelist and the currency of the document.
lineNetAmount LineNetAmt java.math.BigDecimal Indicates the line net amount based on the quantity and the actual price. Any additional charges or freight are not included.
businessPartner C_BPartner_ID BusinessPartner A Business Partner is anyone with whom you transact. This can include a customer, vendor, employee or any combination of these.
uOM C_UOM_ID UOM The UOM defines a unique non monetary unit of measure
orderUOM M_Product_Uom_Id ProductUOM Alternative order UOM for the product.

java.lang.String Each product demand has its own status different than the status of the requisition. The statuses of the demands are:

Open: The demand hasn't been yet fulfilled. Closed: Has been ordered enough products. Cancelled: The demand has been closed without ordering any product. Planned: The demand has been included in a Purchase Plan of the MRP module.

matchedPOQty Orderedqty Mandatory java.math.BigDecimal Indicates the already ordered quantity to fulfill the demand.
description Description Max Length: 255 java.lang.String A description is limited to 255 characters.
changeStatus Changestatus java.lang.Boolean Button to change the status of the record.
internalNotes Internalnotes Max Length: 255 java.lang.String Notes that can be set with the aim to be seen only by users with access to the record.
notesForSupplier Suppliernotes Max Length: 255 java.lang.String Notes set to include in the Purchase Orders with indications to the vendor.
plannedDate (inactive) java.util.Date
needByDate# Needbydate Mandatory java.util.Date The date by when the demand needs to be fulfilled.
unitPrice PriceActual java.math.BigDecimal The actual price indicates the price for a product in source currency.
discount Discount java.math.BigDecimal The Discount indicates the discount applied or taken as a percentage.
currency C_Currency_ID Currency Indicates the currency to be used when processing this document.
lockedBy Lockedby ADUser Indicates the user that is locking the record.
lockQty Lockqty java.math.BigDecimal

Quantity set to be used when the record is processed.

lockPrice Lockprice java.math.BigDecimal

Price set to be used when the record is processed.

priceList M_PriceList_ID PricingPriceList

Price Lists are used to determine the pricing, margin and cost of items purchased or sold.

lockDate Lockdate java.util.Date Indicates the date when the record was locked. Id the lock it is more than 3 days old it is considered as unlocked.
lockCause Lockcause Max Length: 60 java.lang.String Indicate the reason to be locked the requisition line. The demands are locked when are being used in processes that will generate Purchase Orders to fulfill the demand. The lock is removed when those processes finish or if the lock is 3 days old.

The causes are The Requisition to Order window or the inclusion of the demand in a MRP process.

lineNo Line Mandatory java.lang.Long Indicates the unique line for a document. It will also control the display order of the lines within a document.
