Ordine di vendita
Creare ordini di monitoraggio delle vendite di prodotti ai clienti.
Che cosa è un ordine di vendita??
Un documento usato per di approvare, monitorare, e le richieste del cliente processo. ordini di vendita sono di solito presi dai rappresentanti di vendita, ma ogni società potrà eseguire una formula diversa.
Quali sono i tipi di ordini di vendita?
- Standard Order: Un ordine che si riserva automaticamente i materiali da inviare fuori. In questo caso, la spedizione e la fattura può essere generato separatamente.
- Ordine POS: I materiali sono raccolti con una fattura e può essere versata in una varietà di modi. In questo caso, la spedizione e la fattura vengono generati automaticamente, e in funzione delle condizioni di pagamento, un pagamento.
- Previsionale: Le offerte o gli eventuali ordini di vendita che automaticamente riservano i materiali. Un Previsionale può essere convertito in un ordine, o rimanere un Previsionale che non diventa mai un ordine. Il secondo caso si verifica se l'ordine non è mai stato accettato dal cliente.
- Preventivo: Le offerte o gli eventuali ordini di vendita che possono essere adattati manualmente ad altri documenti di vendita. Può anche essere eliminato in seguito.
- Ordine a Pagamento anticipato: La fattura è pagata prima le voci vengono inviati per la spedizione. Il pagamento può essere collegato a altre spedizioni o inviato direttamente. Dopo che il pagamento è effettuato, la fattura e la spedizione dei documenti vengono generati automaticamente.
- Ordine a credito: I materiali sono raccolti utilizzando una fattura. In questo caso, la spedizione e la fattura vengono generati automaticamente. Il pagamento deve essere immesso manualmente dopo che le merci sono state pagate
Tenete a mente:
- A seconda dello stato del documento, elaborati, inviati, ... Alcuni campi del documento verrà visualizzato in sola lettura per impedire all'utente di modificare i valori. A livello del database esiste un limite che impedisce la modifica di alcuni campi in funzione lo stato del documento..

What is a Goods Shipment?
The process of sending products from the warehouse to the desired external location.
Keep in Mind:
- Depending on the state of the document, Processed, Posted, ... Some fields of the document will appear as read only in order to prevent the user to modify the values. At the database level there is a trigger that prevents the modification of some fields depending on document's state.

What is a Sales Invoice?
An itemized statements or written accounts of goods sold. They indicate the quantity and price of each piece of merchandise shipped. It is the process of checking the expected invoice versus the one received by the supplier. Some companies have a process where the provider automatically invoices the customer.
Keep in Mind:
- Depending on the state of the document, Processed, Posted, ... Some fields of the document will appear as read only in order to prevent the user to modify the values. At the database level there is a trigger that prevents the modification of some fields depending on document's state.
