Some extras can be defined to be included in a room reservation. Those extras (products) can be grouped and then added to a resource. Using this configuration, you can define different extras groups to be added to different resources.
To define an Extra you should go to Resource and Reservation Management | Setup | Reservation Extra.
To define an Extra Group you should go to Resource and Reservation Management | Setup | Reservation Extra Group, and then, in its child tab Reservation Extra add the extras that belong to this group.
Then, in the Resource and Reservation Management | Resource window, there is a new field Reservation Extra Group to select the extra group available for this resource.
In the Reservation popup shown when you start doing a reservation, a new field group Extras is shown with the available extras for this resource.
- Organization: The organization to which this extra group applies.
- Name: A name for the extra group.
Then, you can add the extras that belongs to this group in Reservation Extra tab. Before adding extras, you need to define those extras from products, in Reservation Extra window.
