Outside of Platform Limitations
When an instance activated with an on demand license is "off platform", the following restrictions are applied to ensure that the corresponding Openbravo Enterprise or Professional Edition usage is restricted to development and testing use, as long as the Openbravo on Demand subscription is active:
- Concurrent users is limited to 2.
- Only Development and Testing purposes are allowed. When cloning instance from on platform, it is required to properly set up this and renew license. While this has not be done, only System Admin is allowed to log in.
- When refreshing an "off platform" instance with an an demand license, the expiration date is set 30 days forward from the moment of refresh.
- New refreshes will always increase the expiration date for another 30 days, unless the license is cancelled (because of service cancellation)--in this case the "off platform" instance will no longer operate as a Professional Edition instance.
