Overview
Purpose
This project aims to clarify the labeling of the Material Transaction Report (Warehouse Management || Analysis Tools || Material Transaction Report) in order to distinguish between good shipments and good receipts.
Scope
This project will only review the Material Transaction Report (Warehouse Management || Analysis Tools || Material Transaction Report), more precisely:
- src/org/openbravo/erpCommon/ad_reports/InoutEdition_data.xsql
- src/org/openbravo/erpCommon/ad_reports/ReportMaterialTransactionEditionJR.java
- src/org/openbravo/erpCommon/ad_reports/ReportMaterialTransactionEditionJR.jrxml
Functional Requirements
User roles & profiles
- Warehouse Managers
- A warehouse managers supervises the ins and outs from the warehouse so he needs to know if a movement is an receipt (in) or a shipment (out).
Business process definition
Goods receipts and goods shipments are registered within Openbravo ERP inside Procurement Management || Transactions || Goods Receipt and Sales Management || Transactions || Goods Shipment, respectively. Once they are completed, one can report this movements through the Material Transaction Report (Warehouse Management || Analysis Tools || Material Transaction Report).
Functional requirements based on business processes
To achieve the desired functionalities the following elements need to be modified.
Material Transaction Report
Material Transaction Report (Warehouse Management || Analysis Tools || Material Transaction Report) must distinguish between good shipments and good receipts.
