Business flows to test

  1. Login page
    1. Login into the application. Type username and password
  2. Create a new product
    1. Login into the application. Type username and password. Notice that the user must have access to this window
    2. Go to Master data management->Product->Product
    3. Click New and fill the mandatory fields:
      1. Search key
      2. Name
      3. Select a product category
      4. Select a product type: Item
      5. Select a tax category
      6. Mark the flag Stocked
      7. Select an attribute set
    4. Click Save
    5. Move to Price tab and click New
    6. Select a pricelist
    7. Fill the three mandatory fields and click Save
  3. Search a product
    1. Login into the application. Type username and password. Notice that the user must have access to this window
    2. Go to Master data management->Product->Product
    3. Click Search button on the toolbar
    4. Type the name of a product and click OK button
    5. If the result comes in grid view change it to form view
  4. Search for all the business partners
    1. Login into the application. Type username and password. Notice that the user must have access to this window
    2. Go to Master data management->Business partner->Business partner
    3. Click Search button on the toolbar and click OK button
    4. If the result comes in form view change it to grid view
  5. Search a business partner
    1. Login into the application. Type username and password. Notice that the user must have access to this window
    2. Go to Master data management->Business partner->Business partner
    3. Click Search button on the toolbar and click OK button
    4. If the result comes in grid view change it to form view
  6. Create a new business partner
    1. Login into the application. Type username and password. Notice that the user must have access to this window
    2. Go to Master data management->Business partner->Business partner
    3. Click New and fill the mandatory fields:
      1. Search key
      2. Name
      3. TaxId
      4. Business partner category
      5. Click Save
    4. Move to Customer tab and fill:
      1. Invoice term: After delivery
      2. Price list
      3. Sales representative
    5. Click Save
    6. Move to Location/Address tab
      1. Click New
      2. Click on Location icon and fill all the fields. Click Save
      3. Click Save
    7. Move back to business partner tab
  7. Grid Scrolling
    1. Login into the application. Type username and password. Notice that the user must have access to this window
    2. Go to Master data management->Business partner->Business partner
    3. Click Search button on the toolbar and click OK button
    4. If the result comes in form view change it to grid view
    5. Click the yellow arrow that is on the toolbar
    6. Click the yellow arrow with the vertical line on its right
  8. Create a sales order
    1. Login into the application. Type username and password. Notice that the user must have access to this window
    2. Go to Sales management->Transactions->Sales order
    3. Click new
    4. Select a business partner and click Save
    5. Move to tab lines and click New
    6. Select a product and Save
    7. Move back to Header and click Complete button
    8. Click Ok button
  9. Search a Sales order
    1. Login into the application. Type username and password. Notice that the user must have access to this window
    2. Go to Sales management->Transactions->Sales order
    3. Click Search button on the toolbar
    4. Type the documentno number of a existing sales order and click OK
    5. If the result comes in grid view change it to form view
  10. Create a sales invoice
    1. Login into the application. Type username and password. Notice that the user must have access to this window
    2. Go to Sales management->Transactions->Sales invoice
    3. Click new
    4. Select a business partner and click Save
    5. Move to tab lines and click New
    6. Select a product and Save
    7. Move back to Header and click Complete button
    8. Click Ok button
  11. Search a Sales invoice
    1. Login into the application. Type username and password. Notice that the user must have access to this window
    2. Go to Sales management->Transactions->Sales invoice
    3. Click Search button on the toolbar
    4. Type the documentno number of a existing sales invoice and click OK
    5. If the result comes in grid view change it to form view
  12. See the payment of a sales invoice
    1. Login into the application. Type username and password. Notice that the user must have access to this window
    2. Go to Sales management->Transactions->Sales invoice
    3. Click Search button on the toolbar
    4. Type the documentno number of a existing sales invoice and click OK
    5. Move to Payment tab
    6. If the record comes in grid view change it to form view
  13. Search a bankstatement
    1. Login into the application. Type username and password. Notice that the user must have access to this window
    2. Go to Financial management->Receivables and Payables->Transactions->Bankstatement
    3. Click Search button on the toolbar
    4. Type the name for the specific bankstatement and click OK button
    5. If the result comes in grid view change it to form view
  14. Search a settlement
    1. Login into the application. Type username and password. Notice that the user must have access to this window
    2. Go to Financial management->Receivables and Payables->Transactions->Settlement
    3. Click Search button on the toolbar
    4. Type the documentno for the spcific settlement and click OK button
    5. If the result comes in grid view change it to form view
  15. See the account tree
    1. Login into the application. Type username and password. Notice that the user must have access to this window
    2. Go to Financial management->Accounting->Setup->Account tree
    3. Select a record and move to Element value tab
    4. Click the tree icon that is on the toolbar
  16. See the Account selector
    1. Login into the application. Type username and password. Notice that the user must have access to this window
    2. Go to Information->Account
  17. See the business partner selector
    1. Login into the application. Type username and password. Notice that the user must have access to this window
    2. Go to Information->Business partner
