Business flows to test
- Login page
- Login into the application. Type username and password
- Create a new product
- Login into the application. Type username and password. Notice that the user must have access to this window
- Go to Master data management->Product->Product
- Click New and fill the mandatory fields:
- Search key
- Name
- Select a product category
- Select a product type: Item
- Select a tax category
- Mark the flag Stocked
- Select an attribute set
- Click Save
- Move to Price tab and click New
- Select a pricelist
- Fill the three mandatory fields and click Save
- Search a product
- Login into the application. Type username and password. Notice that the user must have access to this window
- Go to Master data management->Product->Product
- Click Search button on the toolbar
- Type the name of a product and click OK button
- If the result comes in grid view change it to form view
- Search for all the business partners
- Login into the application. Type username and password. Notice that the user must have access to this window
- Go to Master data management->Business partner->Business partner
- Click Search button on the toolbar and click OK button
- If the result comes in form view change it to grid view
- Search a business partner
- Login into the application. Type username and password. Notice that the user must have access to this window
- Go to Master data management->Business partner->Business partner
- Click Search button on the toolbar and click OK button
- If the result comes in grid view change it to form view
- Create a new business partner
- Login into the application. Type username and password. Notice that the user must have access to this window
- Go to Master data management->Business partner->Business partner
- Click New and fill the mandatory fields:
- Search key
- Name
- TaxId
- Business partner category
- Click Save
- Move to Customer tab and fill:
- Invoice term: After delivery
- Price list
- Sales representative
- Click Save
- Move to Location/Address tab
- Click New
- Click on Location icon and fill all the fields. Click Save
- Click Save
- Move back to business partner tab
- Grid Scrolling
- Login into the application. Type username and password. Notice that the user must have access to this window
- Go to Master data management->Business partner->Business partner
- Click Search button on the toolbar and click OK button
- If the result comes in form view change it to grid view
- Click the yellow arrow that is on the toolbar
- Click the yellow arrow with the vertical line on its right
- Create a sales order
- Login into the application. Type username and password. Notice that the user must have access to this window
- Go to Sales management->Transactions->Sales order
- Click new
- Select a business partner and click Save
- Move to tab lines and click New
- Select a product and Save
- Move back to Header and click Complete button
- Click Ok button
- Search a Sales order
- Login into the application. Type username and password. Notice that the user must have access to this window
- Go to Sales management->Transactions->Sales order
- Click Search button on the toolbar
- Type the documentno number of a existing sales order and click OK
- If the result comes in grid view change it to form view
- Create a sales invoice
- Login into the application. Type username and password. Notice that the user must have access to this window
- Go to Sales management->Transactions->Sales invoice
- Click new
- Select a business partner and click Save
- Move to tab lines and click New
- Select a product and Save
- Move back to Header and click Complete button
- Click Ok button
- Search a Sales invoice
- Login into the application. Type username and password. Notice that the user must have access to this window
- Go to Sales management->Transactions->Sales invoice
- Click Search button on the toolbar
- Type the documentno number of a existing sales invoice and click OK
- If the result comes in grid view change it to form view
- See the payment of a sales invoice
- Login into the application. Type username and password. Notice that the user must have access to this window
- Go to Sales management->Transactions->Sales invoice
- Click Search button on the toolbar
- Type the documentno number of a existing sales invoice and click OK
- Move to Payment tab
- If the record comes in grid view change it to form view
- Search a bankstatement
- Login into the application. Type username and password. Notice that the user must have access to this window
- Go to Financial management->Receivables and Payables->Transactions->Bankstatement
- Click Search button on the toolbar
- Type the name for the specific bankstatement and click OK button
- If the result comes in grid view change it to form view
- Search a settlement
- Login into the application. Type username and password. Notice that the user must have access to this window
- Go to Financial management->Receivables and Payables->Transactions->Settlement
- Click Search button on the toolbar
- Type the documentno for the spcific settlement and click OK button

- See the account tree
- Login into the application. Type username and password. Notice that the user must have access to this window
- Go to Financial management->Accounting->Setup->Account tree
- Select a record and move to Element value tab
- Click the tree icon that is on the toolbar
- See the Account selector
