Projects:Retail Issues Triage
Introduction
An important action planned for the 2015 Q1 timeframe is to do a triage on all issues for Retail.
Initially only the defects but also for the design defects and feature requests a triage is needed.
The action should:
- close duplicate/already solved/not relevant issues
- reclassify them as defect, design defect or feature request
- reprioritize them, to get to a more focused list of high prio issues to solve for the upcoming releases.
