Window

• Status : A defined state or position of a payment.
• Module : Module
• Active : A flag indicating whether this record is available for use or de-activated.
• Window : A work area which can be used to create, view, edit, and process a record.
• Existing Tab : Indicates if the fields are to be added to an existing tab, or to a new one
• Tab : An indication that a tab is displayed within a window.
• Show Details : Show or hide detailed information related to the new tab to be created
• Tab Name : The name of the tab to be created
• Table Name : The name of the new table
• Table Database Name : The name of the new physical table created in the database
• Table Java Class Name : The name of the new table entity
• Tab Description : Description of the tab
• Tab Help : Help of the tab
• Child of Tab : The tab which will be the parent of the new tab
• After Tab : The tab after which the new tab will be positioned in the window header
• UI Pattern : Defines the UI Pattern
• Mandatory Filter : If checked, a filter popup will be shown every time the user opens the tab
• Apply to Application Dictionary : Apply to Application Dictionary
• Rebuild System : This button opens the Module Management Console, so that a rebuild of the system can be started
• Window : The window in which the information related to the new or extended existing tab is entered
• Table : A dictionary table used for this tab that points to the database table.

Field

• Window : The window in which the information related to the new or extended existing tab is entered
• Active : A flag indicating whether this record is available for use or de-activated.
• Field Template : List of field templates which can be used to automatically set the name and data type of the field
• Show Details : Show or hide detailed information related to the new tab to be created
• Name : A non-unique identifier for a record/document often used as a search tool.
• Column Name : The name of the database column
• Database Column Name : The name of the database physical column created for this field
• Description : A space to write additional related information.
• Help/Comment : A comment that adds additional information to help users work with fields.
• Field Type : The data type of this field.
• Field Subtype : The exact reference specification for a list or a table.
• Column Size : The size of the column
• Field Size : The size of the field. Three different values are possible: 1 column, 2 columns, and 5 columns
• Default Value : The first non-null value in a set of values. It is used as a default value for a field when creating a record.
• Mandatory : An indication noting that completing in a field is required to proceed.
• Read Only : An object which may only be viewed, not edited.
• Used as Record Identifier : This column is part of the record identifier
• Used as Filter Column : Is this column used for finding rows in windows
• Default Tab Sort Criteria : If checked, the field will be used in sort criteria
• Place at the End : If checked, the field will be created as the last field of the tab
• Place after Field : The field after which the new field will be positioned in the window
• Same line as previous Field : If checked, the field will be positioned at the same line of the field before it
• Show in Grid View : Show in Grid View
• Start New Group : If checked, a new field group will be started just before this new field
• Group Name : The name of the field group for this field
• First Focused Field : Is First Focused Field
• Validation : A validation rule that defines how an entry is determined to be valid or invalid.
• Sequence Number : The order of records in a specified document.
• Organization : Organizational entity within client
• Newf_Newfields_ID : The ID column of the NewFields table
• Field : Any element which can be viewed, edited, or added to a window.

• Column : A link to the database column of the table.
• Client : Client for this installation.
