- My proposal is to change Activities to Execution Steps. Did it. --dmezentsev 18:52, 25 June 2012 (UTC)
- Agree. psanjuan 09:28, 26 June 2012 (UTC)
- Results caption. I have added there an example. The idea behind is a recap of achievements after executing the steps. --dmezentsev 18:55, 25 June 2012 (UTC)
- Sounds OK. I've rephrase a little bit. Hope it is ok psanjuan 09:50, 26 June 2012 (UTC)
- There are a variety of reasons for giving a customer a credit against their outstanding balance due. In the example already given, the customer reported that the product they received did not pass quality inspection upon receipt. They were, however, happyto keep the products rather than to return them, expecting a price accommodation instead. The company in this example will credit the customer A/R and will debit an expense. In this case they wish to separately track the expense associated with p product deficiencies to further understand the cost of selling their products."
Should we put above text to the Objectives and blend it there. Looking at it I think we are repeating things of Objectives and in Execution we should just tell how to achieve those. --dmezentsev 19:07, 25 June 2012 (UTC)
- Changed. I've rephrase a little bit. Hope it is ok psanjuan 10:11, 26 June 2012 (UTC)
- What if we get rid of Example section as a separate thing in How To and embed it directly into Execution Steps? I think when there is only one example it will be cleaner to read all together --dmezentsev 19:30, 25 June 2012 (UTC)
