Definition

Control Point Measure allows the user to control quality during the whole production process. Critical points are defined in the production rules, and executed here.

Tabs

• Date and Shift: Along with creating the structure for the CCP, the date, product, and shift to test the quality are entered here.
• Group: The obtained data CCP groups are introduced here
• Time: The hours of data collection are recorded here
• Values: In this tab the results of each CCP data collection are recorded.

Process Information

Date and Shift Tab

• Create CCP: By means of this button the CCP structure for a selected date and shift is created.
• Edit CCP Measure Values: This button appears once the Create CCP process is completed. With this button the user enters the window where data is to be introduced/edited.

Additionally it is possible to introduce observations, user/contact, etc.
