Traceability Reports

In-Out Tracker

This report lists transactions related to products by products. A user can see what has come in by product.

Material Transaction Report

This report lists transactions with the warehouse by shipment and by supplier. A use can see what has come in by product.

In-Out Report

This report tells a company what items have come in from what suppliers, and which users have sent to business partners.

Valuation Methods

Valued Stock Report

Product valuation allows a company to place a value on the inventory they currently hold. Openbravo ERP calculates this for the end client automatically, and based on a fixed or average cost. Total values change for typical reasons including when products are sold, bought, or passed through the warehouse for alternative reasons.

Inventory Reports

Custom Stock Report

A multidimensional report which lists, by product category, inventory on hand and its location.

Stock Report

Lists products and inventory, grouped by warehouse. Useful for having a quick look at the inventory count.
