Sales Dimensional Report

This report shows registered sales orders during a selected period, for example one month. The configuration of this report and all reports is multidimensional. The user can select which information to use in order to group and filter results.

Business partners, product categories, and warehouses are among the dimensions available. As such, the user can create specific reports to see which business partners are buying the same product, and compare prices and on time delivery. They can select which characteristics to include in the report, and which to leave out.

In addition, a comparative analysis can be made, for example looking at sales developments over a longer length of time (e.g. one year, or the same period during different years).

Shipment Dimensional Report

This report is similar to the Sales Dimensional Report, but shows information related to shipments, not the purchase order.

Invoice (Customer) Dimensional Report

This report is similar to the Sales Dimensional Report, but shows information related to the invoice.

Invoice Discount

This report shows all sales made during a selected period of time, grouped by client and product. It is possible to filter the report and show only sales with discounts. In addition, it is possible to filter by selecting desired business partners. Results show the quantity of products sold, the average price, and the average price with discounts and sales totals.

Returns (order) Dimensional Report

This report is similar to the sales dimensional report and includes the quantity returned from each request.

Sales Order Reports

This report shows all sales made during a selected period of time. Results can be filtered by warehouse, project, destination, product category, business product, and product.

Sales Order Invoiced Report

This report shows all invoiced sales orders registered in the application. Results can be filtered by time, business partner, etc.

Orders (not Invoiced) Report

This report is similar to the Sales Order Invoiced Report, only it uses sales orders which have not been invoiced. Selecting details refer to order line data and their amounts.

Delivered Sales Order Report

This report is similar to the Sales Order Invoiced Reports but only shows delivered sales orders (with associated shipments).

Shipment Report

This report shows all shipments registered in the application. Results can be filtered by period of time, shipment, project, and business partner. Clients are also shown.

Invoice Customer Report

This report is similar to the Shipment Report, only it uses Invoices. It does not include a filter by shipment.

Invoice Detail

This report shows all invoices registered in the system. Results are grouped by business partner. For each invoice, respective lines and taxes are noted, as well as quantities and amounts. To show data, at least one filter is applied.
