Sales Region
The sales region window allows the user to define business regions. Reports can be based on these zones.
Commission
Definition
Commissions define calculation commission templates for different salesman along with priority.
Tabs
- Commission: The user will be able to select a salesman to apply a specific commission. They can also define the frequency and choose the calculation base: invoices, paid orders, etc.
- Commission Line: Characteristics of each commission are defined.
Process Information
- The orders, shipments, and invoices on which commission amounts are calculated can be filtered by business partner group, product category, organization, and sales zone.
- The commissions can be applied to a business partner, a business partner group, a product, and/or group of products. Also a sales region or organization can have a designed or associated commission level.
- In order to calculate the commission quantity, the user can use product amounts or invoice amounts.
Marketing Channel
Tab
Allows the user to define different marketing channels to be used by the company.
Marketing Campaign
Tab
Allows the user to define different campaigns made by the company.
Mail Template
Tab
Allows the user to make email templates for multiple uses.
External Point of Sale
Tab
Allows user to manage external point of sales. Users can obtain a product catalog, make orders, and check order statuses.
