Background Process
In this form the user sees all background processes defined for the application. It is possible to activate/deactivate the process and visualize the process execution log.
Process Scheduling
In this window, the user can schedule processes that are automatically executed. Processes can be executed daily or on the specific days of the week. It is also possible to set a time to execute the process.
Language
This window allows for the definition of various languages. It is possible for users to access the application and use the same information and interfaces (windows, tabs and fields) in different languages.
If a language is a system terminology, the field translation is allowed.
Import/Export Translations
Through this window the user can import/export application translations as an .xml file.
Currency
In this window the user can define any currency for use in the application.
- New currencies can be added by the System Administrator. In statistics, currencies can be added by users.
- The user can define the number of decimals that are used in calculations. In the Conversion Rate tab (below) it is possible to introduce the conversion rates for a specific period of time.
Conversion Rate
The ability to adjust various currencies to the home country curreny with fixed validity dates. This works with the currency tab (above).
Country, Region, and City
This window allows the user to define countries, regions and cities to be used in location field.
Menu
| This window defines the structure of menus and submenus of the application. Menus available to the user are dependent on the configuration of the Roles.
Every act of entering to the menu that would not be the summary level, is related with an element of the application. With the Action field we select the element type. This window is only accessible to the System Administrator. The Menu creation process:

Workflow
Workflow is a visualization of all the steps that are to be taken in order to create a new Business Partner, Product, etc. in the application. In this window the user can configure all application workflows.
- New workflows created in the application are generated automatically.
- A Node represents one step of a desired action in the workflow. In the Node tab the user defines the nodes of a selected workflow.
- As means of defining the order of the nodes, when creating a node it is necessary to indicate the following node. For that reason nodes are commonly not created from the last to first.
Tree and Node Images
This window defines the different trees that are used in the application. In the tree definition a Tree Type is used to define where the tree will be used and a descriptor that will be shown when it is used.
Generate Help
This process generates a .html file with the content of the online Help.
