Business Partner Category
Create and edit information related to similar business partners at one time by grouping them. |
Fields:
Active: | A flag indicating whether this record is available for use or de-activated. | |
Business Partner Category: | A classification of business partners based on defined similarities. | |

Invoice Schedule
Define invoice schedules to be used for business partners.
Defines the frequency or period between generating invoices. This is used when the client would like to receive 1 invoice with all shipments for a given period of time (e.g. daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.). |

Title
Create titles to be used for business partners and contacts.

Payment Term
Define payment terms to be used for business partners taking part in transactions.
Payment conditions which apply to invoice payments dates to in order to calculate the invoices due date. If it is necessary to divide payments and receipts in to terms thus using the the line tab condition. In each line, the percentage of payments and receipts with the conditions is defined as is mode of payment and due dates. |
