Business Partner Group
| Tab
Allows the user to create groups of business partners and define account rules for the group. Process Information The user can create business partners and define accounting conditions for selected groups. If an accounting condition is assigned to a business partner, each one of the business partners pertaining to this group automatically has the same accounting conditions assigned. It is possible to make modifications to individual business partners who are also located a business partner groups. Thus, some characteristics may be the same, and some may differ. |
Greeting
Tab
The user can define greetings that a business partner or business partner contract may receive. Greetings may be introduced as needed. In addition, a description of each greeting may be introduced.
Payment Term
Tab
Users may modify payment rules for individual clients and suppliers. Payment conditions are rules which apply to invoice payments dates to in order to calculate the invoices due date.
Process Information
If it is necessary to divide payments and receipts in to terms thus using the the line tab condition. In each line, the percentage of payments and receipts with the conditions is defined as is mode of payment and due dates.
Invoice Schedule
Tab
Defines the frequency or period between generating invoices.
Process Information
This is used when the client would like to receive 1 invoice with all shipments for a given period of time (e.g. daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc.).
Rappel
| Defintion
Several client discounts can be configured if they reach a determined volume of sales. Each rappel is managed by product categories and is applied to business partners that have been added to the list. Rappel Tab and Process Information The user can see if the rappel is included in product categories or selected products. In addition, If the rappel is selected, the rappel is applied only to products included in the tab of the specific product, or product category. If the Scaled option is activated, the discount applies to a section of the volume; if not, the discount is applied to the volume of the sale. For example, if a business partner has a defined rappel of 5% discount when arriving at the volume of 1000-2000 units, a 1500 unit volume creates a discount on 500 units. If the discount is not scaled, the application would discount on 1500 units. Scale Tab The Scale tab is the most important tab in the window. All discounts and required quantities to achieve discounts with relationship to the rappel are described here. Product Category and Product Tabs In these tabs, the user can define product lists and categories which include and exclude the rappel according the option selected in the rappel tab. Business Partners The selected rappel will be only available to those business partners indicated in this tab. In addition, a validity period can be defined for the selected rappel. |
Discount
Tab
The user can define discounts (for example, in return for a speedy payment) which can be applied to future invoices. Each discount type must be registered in the same way that a product is registered.
Business Partner Info
Tab
In this window, the user sees information related to orders, invoices, assets, requests, etc. grouped together for a business partner. The business partner is selected in the first tab, and the section is then navigated through using the rest of the tabs and based on the document that is desired to be obtained. Information shown in this window cannot be modified.
